Graphic Design/Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant position is part-time and will work a minimum of 20 hours per week; a set schedule of hours, such as 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm.
The successful candidate will perform a broad range of graphic and web design, and administrative skills to support the Marketing Team.
POSITION DUTIES:

Graphic/web design development and support, general research, copywriting, clerical and project based work.

Creation and/or updating of brochures, email templates/blasts, web sites, advertisements, marketing collateral and sample binders.

Operate printers; assist with print jobs, mock-ups, and marketing boards.

Coordinate with service agencies (printers, photographers, newspapers, consultants) on purchase orders, production, quality control, and invoice follow up.

Provide direct communication with the marketing department, brokers, other personnel, and service industries.

Miscellaneous office work such as scanning, filing (hard copy & electronic), copying, mail, packages, internal pick-ups/deliveries/ distributions, broadcast faxing.

Complete other duties as assigned and provide support to other marketing positions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Three to four years relevant experience in marketing; graphic/web design a must. Real estate experience preferred.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work well in a team environment.

Able to multi-task, organize and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communications skills.

Proficient in PC world with Adobe In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic HTML, Flash, and Mambo experience helpful. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel a plus.

Takes initiative and responsibility for schedules, projects, and deliverables that support departmental goals.

Results oriented, can-do attitude, self-starter and ability to maintain confidentiality a must.
